Shotlist: "AUSTRALIAN TROOPS. Inspection of the first contingent to arrive in England" (4 frames). March past of Australian troops with fixed bayonets. A lorry (marked Australia and AASC), pan left to show soldiers on the lorry who waves and cheer at the camera. "Each man has a rabbit skin waistcoat presented by the Lady Mayoress of Melbourne". Soldier shows the waistcoat off, turning for the camera a number of times while smoking a cigarette. CU smiling soldier with shoulder badge marked `ASC 8 Australia' (119ft).
